Ive got a few relatives on the green tea now. They have been really impressed with the effects. this isnt people who train or nothing. Hell, my dad has his own account with myprotein and buys them by the bucket load

been off these for ages. just got out of the habit tbh. bought another load and started them a week ago and Ive gotta say Im noticing shit loads more energy. nothing else has changed in my diet over the last week but Ive just aquired more energy.
Im on 2 of the (one a day!) mega dose, no probs with stomach or anything. Highly recommend these bad boys.

Had considered giving them ago as I do like to drink green tea & notice more of a clearer steady stream of energy compared to the bang sort you get from a strong coffee.

Which goes against a recent publication saying 4-5 cups of tea a day was good for your heart.

but there was no distinction on what type of tea they drank or whether they added milk (or sweetners?).

hasnt changed my mind on the benefits of taking green tea.
