Drink it after a workout & see if it helps.

skimmed milk heated gently until just short of boiling then adding lemon juice to curdle and a little vinegar........basically

you can do a better version by adding rennett (sp).................and using adouble pot method to heat

it was ok, but the shop bought stuff does taste better.............and in uk its cheap enough

pricey here............and not widely available

whack that whey in with your protein shoake, if you dont use then blend it into milk post workout, don't waste it, i hate waste. Saying that i have been eating a fair bit of mozzerella lately, tried drinking what was in the bad with it whilst at work :vom: wan't good. been finding ways of using the left overs from juicing! made a saurce tonight, with tinned toms, spices galore, garlic, blended up heated and................... fantastic!!!

great for pasta, or a curry base, maybe soup......
