I thought it was the best supplement Ive ever used tbh.
I got the myprotein one.

funny coz I'd read quite a lot of stuff on forums from BBers slating it but I guess it comes down to expectations. I felt it doing what its supposed to straight away and consistently as I was using it. Havent had any since but that has been down to cashflow. Im actually about to stick in an order this week for some.

Ive got soma alcar just now. started it today......... see what like. Im looking for the weight loss and focus that it supposedly brings.

I got one of their mini scoops which I worked out held 3 grams, try using the small section on those new medicine spoons, that should be 2.5 grams.

sounds like a good idea, I'll give that a go.
