Scott was it you that posted up some information by Polquin that recommended high doses of glutamine after training if an individuals BF % was over 10% & to use this with protein instead of carbohydrates?

Fired 15 grams down after last training session. Gave it a good 40 minutes then had tea, recovery next day was far better than expected. Unsure if it was the addition of the glutamine or the new mattress. What I can say is that I had eaten less calories than I would normally have done after such a hard training session.

Did you take the glutamine on its own or with anything else?

Had a serving of Cellmass mid way through training then around 30 minutes later the glutamine then waited around 30 minutes before having my tea.
