I look at that magazine every week in the news-stand
as it does from time to time have some very informative articles in. Only scanned it quickly but first thing that jumped out was the conversion of ALA (short chain) to EPH & DHA (long chain) which I never knew about. I have some ALA & will be upping the dose to see if anything comes of it.
