I look at that magazine every week in the news-stand :lol: as it does from time to time have some very informative articles in. Only scanned it quickly but first thing that jumped out was the conversion of ALA (short chain) to EPH & DHA (long chain) which I never knew about. I have some ALA & will be upping the dose to see if anything comes of it.
