Scott have you managed to find anything else about leucine & its "supposable" insulin releasing qualities?

not other than that one article, Ive been looking at a few supps in general and got hacked off trying to separate the marketing pish from reality.

Nothing new there then :roll:

I have some ideas which I`ll try out next week to see how I handle some of it. To be honest though I`m not a full on fan of some of the fasted training that I`ve seen recommended.
