Found this & thought it was nice to see a breakdown of the nutrient values.

I`ve upped lemon & limes this past few weeks so it was nice to see what they contained.

Nice info. Never heard of a "loganberry"

The limes surprised me, especially as compared to a lemon.

Roll under palm on board to pre release the juice. Cut with knife & squeeze. Chug with water or after training mix.
