BCAA ratios

Postby Cookie » Sat Apr 30, 2011 5:17 pm

Anyone noticed any difference with the BCAA ratios that are floating around from 4:1:1 to 3:1:1 or the basic 2:1:1

Or are we looking at another marketing hype?

I think there is something in the 4:1:1 ratio. Ive used it a fair bit recently and Im happy to run with it for longer.

Not really concerned with ratios, quality and freshness are my priorities.
Let me know how you make out though.

Currently on a supplement sabbatical so it could be a few weeks before I even consider trying.
