Pre race / race training

Used a couple of these & found them pretty good. Not bad to eat, easy to store in back pocket of shorts if needed when out on a big run. Quite pleased with them.

You/your body/ seems to have an affinity for Guarana.

It does seem to be a more gentler / sustainable "pick me up" than the regular choices and unlike say a shot of espresso or some of the more heavily normal caffeine based supplements there is not that slump / crash when its working its way out of your system.

Only negative I've found with Guarana is that its active in me for longer than coffee or the usual forms of supplemental caffeine. Makes timing very important if I don't want to disturb sleep at night.
