lol whats up with you? I bet you don't mind popping ibuprofen or asprin like smarties! lol

Serrapeptase should be fine, well unless it started to break down any kind of debris or clot which then moved around your system!!! shit, you better go to A&E, tell them you took one tablet that is an enzyme that was first discovered from silk worms...... see how far you get before they kick you out or lock you up in a straight jacket! lol

actually its been ok...........must have been a bug or something that gave me a bad reaction at exactly same time as first lot of tablets

Well i cant say Oh yeh its such and such, but overall i feel ok, still got the aches and pains from traininbg, maybe not so bad, but still there. But deffinately feel OK ......... not the best write up i know, but cant be precise at the moment..... maybe a few more weeks with it

did some front squats yesterday as part of a complex and my knee held up to 5 sets of 5 reps without wraps so i guess it works there
