Will start on 1 a day from tonight.

i am on 2 per night now

still feel ok but this was never going to be a supp that was going to show up things.....just feel OK which is a good thing

well remember i took first couple and wasnt good

all good now though, maybe you need to get used to them

maybe its just psychological

had 2 last night, then was sick (nothing to do with tabs) so had 2 more, no proiblems

Slept okay last night. Some of that may have been down to the sheer exhaustion level I'd reached.

No negatives so far from the two doses. My knee has been troubling me as I try to transition to a new running style & I know about it after each small run. Pain has woken me up at night. Not aware of it waking me last night after running twice yesterday.

Serrapeptase should be fine, well unless it started to break down any kind of debris or clot which then moved around your system!!! shit, you better go to A&E, tell them you took one tablet that is an enzyme that was first discovered from silk worms...... see how far you get before they kick you out or lock you up in a straight jacket! lol

How far away from your last meal are you having the capsules?

Looked at the container & it doesn't say anything other than "before bed"
