Brand now, I think the doctors brand are good.

Do what you can afford. I struggle to remember to take it during the day so I take it with first thing in the am or at night. Normally five caps. Using regular is more important though.

I've been making gelatin but not consistently enough. I have some recipes I want to try, if any good ill share

Which brand you using/selling?

Did you finally get the website up & running?

How the hell do you make your own gelatin

I use good health naturally brand. I got the shop up but
Got to test it and MARKET it ! Which I'm poor at.

I boil up whole roasted chickens with skin etc just most of the meat removed
. I made some good stuff last week with about 6 cooked chicken drum sticks. Simmer
For a couple of hours ... Easy and used regular has all your expensive joint sups contained within and then some!
Long John silver has nothing on me

Switching to taking these at night.

Two reasons.

1) Having to get up far too early to take them before food & work.

2) Struggling with swallowing the capsules & they feel like they're still stuck there ages afterwards which leaves me thinking are the actually getting into my system like they should be.
