never really been a fan of them. I dont think they are value for money. They chuck in all sorts of stuff, half of which you probably wouldnt use separately and the amounts can be so small that you need a fair amount of servings to make it halfways worth your while.

That's why I'm getting the thinking cap back on to rustle up a hemp protein flapjack recipe so I have something home-made, solid & nutritious to eat whilst at work. easy to transport about as well.

I've no experience of them so can't say whether they are good or bad but they are an alternative option to just drinking a shake.
