yeah, dont see the reasoning behind it myself. It was still mild but I did feel a thermogenic effect a little more.

I think it happened about a month ago. helping a guy shift one of those big ass yank fridge freezers. It was so big I had to lift it really awkwardly. I can feel it a bit on deads and squats but not so much that I cant do those lifts. effecting mma much more. meh, par for the course really. who isnt banged up a little ;-)

I take it nothing else has changed within your diet/training etc?

Gaining weight on a fat burner, you couldn't make it up.

Wonder if it would help me put the pounds back on :-k

Nothing changed! without the fat burner I would have expected that to be a maintenance week. Im very good at maintenance weeks ;-)

I must admit to having a chuckle as I weighed in! I moved the scales around the room and took about 5 readings ( which I usually do ) all of them the same.
Im now kinda glad that I was off the mma last week and just had the weights and diet to measure. I wont be test driving any more similar products thats for sure!

Did you use all the capsules?

Do you think it "could" have been used differently or for longer to see some fat loss?

Its only been 9 days since I started. I believe I should have seen some effect at the end of the first week but to more or less, maintain my weight wasnt what I expected after reading how amazing they were. I had much better results after the first week using diamond labs eca.

I'll finish the bottle though, Im not sure yet whether I'll play around with the dose but I had the 2 caps this morning as usual.

Im running a spreadsheet again for my diet but looking at the last coup[le of days Im not overeating by any stretch in fact, quite the opposite, I really need to eat more!
So thats my plan..... The blaze didnt do anything in week 1 so I'll eat more food and see if that works LOL!

but seriously I really do need to add some calories because Im sure my current intake is that of a small woman and it must be having a very negative effect of fat loss. I cant really blame the supplement entirely.
in my defence, I didnt record my diet last week because I knew that it was very clean, I just didnt realise it was so light on the calories.
