Celery??? Never heard that one.

Himalayan Salt? Are you talking about ingesting it or one of those Salt Candles? I heard the salt candles were cool, not familiar with ingesting it for a sleep aid though.

Tend to stay away from the tea's, I think mentally I associate it with caffeine even though it may not have it in it and thus it does not work well for me. I suppose if I made it a habit I could overcome it.

Dissolving it on the tongue. I'll try & find the references in a book I have.

As far as I remember it was just Himalayan salt that was mentioned in the book.

IIRC its something to do with the minerals helping to calm down the electrical impulses so aiding sleep.

Found a brilliant sleep aid then noticed it not on the companies website. Shot them an email asking why & it turns out passion flower can't be used any more as its now being classed as a medicine :roll:

What have you found to be the most effective and cost efficient.

My problem is gettin to sleep, I have to wake up a few times with the mrs for various thing, but if I could get to sleep quick may be good.
