I never have whole milk, always semi.

But thins morning by mistake I put it on my mini weetabix.
Obv tastes lovely but wow, filling!
Normally in hungry by 11 again. I had a small lunch, and still fine. Which is un heard off.

What's in that stuff!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot more fat in full milk which will be slowing the digestion down.

I hate skimmed milk. Always have full fat milk & butter.

Have been using hemp milk & do like that.

What are the benefits of it over semi?

See with having a lot of fat already on me, which dosnt bother me to much but I don't wanna get any more I've always stayed clear of it. Cos I do like drinking milk.

Started after workouts having a pint etc

You are opening up a can of worms of this one.

Are we talking RAW milk if that is the case then drink away, the fat in there as long as they are grass fed is good for you, otherwise it really depends on the source and such.

Never been able to find raw milk over here. Not since I knew someone who used to own a dairy farm then the government banned it. [-X

You managed to get any more of that stuff?

Now I am basically using whole milk on top of my normal 3 meals. So pint in morning and pint after any training if that's weights or cardio. Cheap alternative to protein powders etc. Shall see what happens.

Not yet. Asked a week or so back but nothing yet. Going to ask again this week.
