Cost is a big issue for a lot of people. Switched to a lot of frozen berries to help with my own consumption & just warm them up in a pan & put them on my pancakes.

Never figured turkey to be on the metabolism list, seems after I eat it the metabolism goes the other way

I don't know about the egg chart. I get free range eggs right from the farm and they all eat the same yet the yolks are rarely consistent.

Garlic is great for lowering blood pressure and keeping cholesterol in check.

I was once told it was something to do with the dark meat.

Eating a full turkey at thanks giving is not the way to go about it. :finga:

I have noticed a difference between shop & farm bought eggs.

So many seem to overlook vegetable protein in their overall daily requirements.

Oh there is a difference no doubt, for the better. You can taste it. The only problem I have with farm eggs is they have a harder inner skin and it makes peeling a hard boiled one harder. Baking soda in the water helps a little but still the darker the egg the harder to peel.

I think a lot of people just have a hard time digesting vegetable protein or it causes stomach discomfort in comparision to the others, great chart though.
