Keep seeing "champions" posting or saying during interviews that they are vegetarians & its got me thinking.
"If you don't have conditioning it doesn't matter how big your muscles are they ain't gonna reach their full potential!"

I was looking more along the lines of an increased intake of "vegetarian" style dishes in bring about a more alkaline system within the body to aid healing & recovery.

Don't think I could ever go full vegetarian :lol:

balance the foods, goes back to what i was saying about the true ironman/caveman diet, with periods of fasting and starch vegetables as well as meat as and when

Its the balance between the two I'm finding the hardest to achieve.
