i find this quite interesting

in order to save money recently ive gone to something similar

basically im generally having a pint of mile (granted lactofree) and any left overs on waking
2 lots of 3 scrambled or boiled eggs and frozen veg (veg not frozen on consuming haha)
a large green salad with about 3 eggs (sometimes if im feeling flush ill add meat instead of eggs, if im being really stingy its another eggs and veg)
after training will be something like peanut butter and jam sandwiches

tea is then meat, veg etc and more interesting

now i know its not the best. i should be doing alot more variety and better quality. but i feel much better than eating carbs all the time and if its cheap and i can consume enough food then ill go with it for a bit.

Interesting John.

I'm finding I need some carbs throughout the day because of work and wheat is bloating me badly at the moment.

I sit all day

But as I've said your energy expenditure at work needs calories man!

I'm currently 118-119kg in the mornings after done the dirty deed. Still do have carbs here and there and certainly after training so not as if I go totally without
