ok, to go with my other post, has any one got recipes for bars with a roughly 3/30/30 split? i will be looking about on the net for recipes, i have tried a couple before but they didnt come out TOO well, i might try again though, mess about with the mixture etc.
also, any one tried the ADVANTAGE bars from the atkins range? tried one today, pretty much OKand not a bad ratio.
i love banana WEIGHDER (i think) bars - called 90% r some thing. i have some PRO oat bars which are going cheap in the H&B sale. most of them are too expensive though.
