Magnesium oil

Postby Cookie » Wed Nov 02, 2016 12:55 pm

I use this stuff myself.

Ingredients: 100% Pure Zechstein Magnesium Oil (31% Magnesium Chloride concentration), mined from the Zechstein sea bed in the Netherlands.
It is the purest and most bio-available form of Magnesium there is. It is important to source Magnesium Chloride carefully as some sea beds can be very contaminated. The Zechstein Inside Protocol ensures excellent quality and the protocol can be viewed here: http://www.zechsteininside.com/faqs.html

Some tingling or red spots may occur after the first couple of applications to certain areas of the skin, this is normal as the body gets used to the magnesium oil and should stop after a few applications.

Why is Magnesium so vital for everyone?

Magnesium is the second most abundant element inside human cells, and is needed for nearly every process the body undergoes. It is involved in 325 enzymatic reactions in the body, thus Magnesium deficiency can lead to multiple reactions to stop. This in turn leads to a cascade of symptoms for the human body.

Magnesium bonds to ATP, energy, and is involved in the enzymatic reaction to activate ATP thus without Magnesium the body is depleted of its energy stores. Magnesium also plays a major role in nerve signals. It can act as a calcium channel blocker ensuring that only the required about of calcium is present to transmit nerve signals. Therefore, Magnesium is vital for our thought processes. Magnesium also relaxes muscles thus it is essential to have sufficient Magnesium when exercising and is important for preventing hypertension.

Are we getting enough Magnesium?

In 1988 the US government concluded that the standard American diet does not provide the daily amount of magnesium needed. Since then the average diet has declined further and most of us will be deficient in Magnesium.

One of the main reasons for us not getting the Magnesium we require is that the soil in which we grow our crops on has become deficient in vital minerals including Magnesium. This is due to a multitude of reasons some of which are that the fertilisers we use are killing of the nitrogen fixing bacteria which create the minerals in the soil. Soil erosion is also occurring which is leading to leaching of Magnesium. Also acid rain has led to burning off the Magnesium in the soil. Therefore, without sufficient Magnesium in the soil, the crops which are being produced do not have enough Magnesium.

Furthermore, the more we process our food the more Magnesium we lose. Our diet is becoming increasing made up of junk food which lacks Magnesium.

What conditions are affected by Magnesium deficiency?

Magnesium deficiency can play a part in so many different conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, depression, migraines and many more. Magnesium deficiency can cause anxiety and depression, creating symptoms such as fatigue, poor memory, nervousness, insomnia confusion, anger and many more. Depression and anxiety is rife now a days, especially amongst the younger generations. The cases of depression have more than doubled since World War II. There was a study conducted by Drs Cox and Shealy where they examined 500 people who were suffering from depression and nearly everyone was Magnesium deficient.

Serotonin, which is the feel good neurotransmitter, is dependent on Magnesium, it is vital for the release and uptake of serotonin. People suffering from depression are low in serotonin, thus it is vital that they supplement with Magnesium. Chronic stress, whether it be physical or emotional, can lead to the adrenal glands being under stress. This leads to them releasing cortisol which causes magnesium depletion. Most people who are suffering from anxiety and depression will have entered into a state of chronic stress, thus again it is vital to be supplementing with Magnesium.

What is the best way to get Magnesium?

Magnesium can be supplemented orally, however, it is difficult for the body to digest and absorb the supplements and you will only be able to absorb a small amount. Dr Sircus, who wrote the book Transdermal Magnesium, says that it can take as long as 6 to 12 months when supplementing orally to regain normal Magnesium levels.

However, Magnesium oil can be applied directly to the skin thus it does not have to undergo metabolism and can be quickly absorbed. Dr Sircus states that normal Magnesium levels can be regained by using Magnesium oil as quickly as 4 to 6 weeks. Spraying 24 sprays a day onto your body leads to a dose of 400mg of Magnesium which is the recommended daily amount.

What is the best source of Magnesium Oil?

It is important that when sourcing Magnesium Oil, it is coming from a pure, uncontaminated source. The best source of Magnesium oil is Zechstein Magnesium oil. The Zechstein sea bed is 250 million years old and is located 1500 metres below the earth’s surface. Therefore, it is completely isolated from any form of contamination that some oceans such as the Dead Sea in Israel have been subjected to due to toxic wastes being added. In order to ensure that you are buying a genuine Zechstein product it is important to look out for the Zechstein Inside logo. These products will have been produced according to the Zechstein inside protocol where they undergo rigorous testing procedures to ensure it is extremely pure.
