the creatine we used in india actually staed not to be taken with coffee!

ask MAL on robs board cookie what happend when he plopped his creatine into his coffee lol

it turns in to blob of glue like stuff doesnt it


you should mix with a touch of cold water and then add it if you want to do it that way

IMO

you should take it when and however you want aslong as its followed by plenty of water

Never had any probs ever with regards thr trotts from creatine even when going up top 50grms aday :shock:

About 2 weeks just before I got wed some years ago, was so desperate to get back upto 14 stone naturally.....

And ofcourse I managed it ;-)
