Is this for a regular shake or post workout?

There is a difference....

regular shake cookie, as the whey am using has next to zero carbs

also lookin at adding some other form of carbs to my PWO shake too

what a normally have after a workout is my shake soon as a get home, followed by a good meal and hour after (time for cookin you see )

I would add some fats then, you need fats to properly/fully digest protein..

Honey, maltodextrin...or I use a carb blend by Powerbar..Check your local cyclist shop for it....I highly rate it..

YAY!! I mix in oats with whey when I cant face eating a solid meal. not the fine oats though I just blend regular porridge oats. I was under the impression that the finer oats were more processed and maybe a higher gi rating. not sure if thats strictly true but still adding oats to whey get a thumbs up from me

what about udos oil or the cheaper oil blend from H&B? Ive mixed in a couple of spoons of udos into a vanila shake (pro-mr) and it tasted good, honest! kinda enhanced the flavour.
probably cheaper options but that would certainly give you some good fats.
or maybe just take some fish oil caps along with the shake.
