That sounds like a bulking shake to me? Im up to 16st 4lbs......not looking all THAT bad in the mirror, but i did say i was going to float between 15st and 16st while im getting my weights up to scratch......so.....any one got ideas for other shakes?

I guess there are lots of combinations you could do....today i have about 600ml skim milk with one scoop of whey protein, and a tad of splender. Ithis is seriously missing fats though....... Need more fats less carbs... Using the drink for inbetween breakfast and lunch.......lunch and dinner.....

Go with the basic yoghurt and cottage cheese with fruit and add a tablespoon of olive oil for the fats...
