amino acid caps

Postby Scott » Fri Sep 22, 2006 12:30 pm

so in all honesty just how impotrant would you rate these. Would they be on the essential list or if you were eating good and supplementing with a good whey and/or decent mrp would they benefit you to any real extent?
I mean for the average trainee not a big ripped dude looking for fine tuning.

If I were to use some it would be post workout and I would use some BCAAs for recovery but other than that no use imo, unless you can`t possible get a meal from somewhere...

If in doubt regarding the meal, just add an egg as thats suppose to balance the profiles out...

yeah, cookie mentioned that would be the best time for it, so youre ok there
I was thinking about the capusles that are recommended 6 or so with meals but Im not gonna bother with them now.
metrx do a version which use 6 per day and some others brands its 6 per meal. I wonder where the studies are which determines each companies suggested dosage coz there seems to be quite a difference there.
