A debate that has been done before but just reading this http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/supplementat ... -tabs.html got me to thinking again that i might try liver tablets.

Eating liver isn't as good as taking the supplement is it?

Go with the liver tabs as they will be a concentrated form......

its made me think on that thread too!!!

i got some spare cash this week, so im gonna get some at lunch!

i tried what cookie suggested in trying 'offal' and TBH i coulnt stomach it at any reasonable amount!

I`ve been looking for a really good source of liver, I want to use it on a support system cycle with Oxys.

Not used em for a long time as they seemd to stop stocking them in shops around here then came across them again on the net a little while back........
