At 16st what kind of cals hsould i be going for? i know its quiet a general question as we dont know how much of that is lean mass or fat.... i workout 3x3.....three times per week, and do cardio 3 times (ish) per week for 22 mins per session...fairly intense......
im not sure what i am consuming and for now i am just going to go with what im doing. but if i dont see changes in two more weeks im going to start going strict.
what kind of ratios of protein do you guys go for?
at the moment i just try to eat clean and TRY to keep protein fairly high but i think it could be a bit higher.
