Recipe

5 tsps peanut butter
5 tbsps uncooked oatmeal
5 tbsps water
5 tsps granular sugar
80gs chocolate whey
2.5 tbsps dark unsweetened cocoa powder
3.3/4 tbsps flaked coconut

Mix all together and cook in microwave for 2 mins..I know you don`t like microwaves so you could just try baking it, then cut into slices....

a like the sound of that ^^^^^^^^

im using dorians flapjacks too at the moment, got a box off a mate who sells them to test them out paid £20 for a box and there handy for me when im at work or just for something to nibble on

imo not the best ive tasted(only tasted 2 sorts of protein bars/snacks) but thy do the trick cot good nutrional values too think they 18g of protein per bar , cant remember the carbs i normally have this with a pint of full fat milk to wash it down and add calories

Not yet mate, so busy with everything and now on top of all the other things he has to sort out, he has just been without power where he lives for 2 days and has floods and all sorts.

Yeah they are all excuses mate but he will get round to it eventually, I`ll ask where he is with it at the moment.
