and it tastes great!

I know a few people take a strong cup of coffee before morning cardio. I have 2 cups before morning cardio but Im as hard as nails ;-)

why not whack it all in one cup?? i used to take my coffee cvery strong but i work with a bloke that likes it like mud!! i much prefer the delicate taste of a grande skinny latte myself these days! :lol:

Good and bad. Use it at the right time and you are sorted.

Caffeine will delay drug absorption which is the biggest downer and will flush vits out too. Also tolerance to caffeine is pretty quick!

Up sides we've all eperinced a good caffeine jolt, can prolong carb stores and as you will know can be used in combos by lazy sods to help lose weight.
