6 egg omelete for dinner with 3 cloves of Garlic as standard.

Recipe:
Olive Oil
Green and Red Peppers Chopped
Onions Chopped
3 cloves of Garlic minimum!
4 Low Fat Sausages (Real Chorizo when I can get it is better though for taste!!!)
5-6 Eggs (Depends on the size)

Fire the Sausages in first chopped, then everyhting else for 10-12mins.
Whisk the eggs with black pepper and pour on top. Cook on hob for 4-5mins then put under grill for 2-3 mins to finish and brown off the top.

sounds nice! partial to an omlette myself! made one with left over mashed potato the other morning, with a little onion and cheese, was very good!

Simple.

If I'm not visitng customers then I eat loads as chances are I won't see many people. Failing that lots of deoderant and lots of breath mints :lol:

Alternativley if they don't like it then fuck em!!

However the bonus of working in the world of science is that i'm not the only wako out there so often its not frowned upon based on the benefit!!

Going to have to look into this then and try and get round the smell factor as in my job it aint a good idea to smell so bad all over customers :shock:

i was told some people shouldnt really eat garlic, where as others should eat 5 cloves a day??
