Never read anything specific about it but I once had half a bulb of garlic to get shut of a cold on a pizza and body temperature went through the roof

Not seen many studies in humans for redction of fat deposits yet. It has been shown in rats to increase thermogenesis in brown adipose tissue.

It does have an affect on reducing HDL in rabbits. Seen a couple of conflicting reports with regards reducing Cholesterol in people with hypercholesterolemic tendencies. Its the Allicin in the Garlic that is the interesting part and produced the above affects.

I had a frined who did a PHd in Anti bacterial affects not sure of the results but it seemed bloody interesting. There are lots of studies running over the last 30-40years looking at the benefits of garlic that are still on going. There are studies indicating reduction in arteriosclerotic plaques (the shit that cotes veins and arteies and reduces flow causing heartattack) out there.

My advice would be to eat as much as possible!

Nah stuff that.

I eat it raw with salad. But very rarely. Most meals have min 2 cloves of garlic, currys and lasagne 5-6.

Nice one tak!!!

i have been experimenting with garlic and a few other things, using before cardio and i think it definately helps heat you up and make you sweat!! weather that means more fat loss....i dont know.

I know tiny tom uses about 3g per day, is there an upper LIMIT with it? i doubt it as in india they eat TONS lol

Suppose the only downside is the laxative effect after a while, but at least it will stop prostate and bowel cancer lol!!
