protein powders

Postby fits » Fri Dec 01, 2006 9:51 pm

i was just about to order from Bulk powders when i they told me that there is a 3 week wait for their fish oils which is a shame as they seem good value.

Then when i went to order protein powder i noticed the Isolate isn't particularly cheap and i can buy my normal Dymatize cheaper.

i will buy my usual powder from cheapuksupplements
unless some one knows where i can get real cheap protein powder?

You get what you pay for, I`ve tried most and most bloat me out and give me the shits.

Find a quality product and stick with it.

not really, i stick with Dymatize protein. I have recently tried alfaalfa+kelp and liverex as you sugested but normally i just go H&B i like to try new things....a bit like yourself  but i dont just try anything, i like to research a little before i try some thing, i tried Nitrix after reading loads of reviews about it, and , just like creatine it does what it claims. It's not good for me right now due to the type of training im doing but i could possibly see myself using it again.

Never tried pro hormones, or AAS.

Anyway i can imagine some people on this board dont change socks that often at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

erm not really sure i noticed a diffference to be honest. I will try again at some point and take note physically and enegy levels. I thikn they help with energy. Id like to try again when my diet is good and im eating 6+ times per day., might then notice if they help strength, etc. they were fairly cheap if i remember so worth a try....and very small easy to swallow tablets!
