Finally i have a plan!

Postby fits » Sat Mar 25, 2006 6:42 pm

Ok, so, i made a decision! FINALLY!

I am currently sitting at 101kg, have been 'kind of' cutting for a couple of weeks, and using eph and yohimbe and another thermogenic on and off.

got on the scales to find i am still 101kg which shocked me as i can definately notice that i have lost some fat (or so i thought) and certain muscles look bigger. I am also taking creatine so maybe and fat i lost was replaced with water................

any way. the plan........

I want to be at this weight (100Kg) but with a better ratio of fat to muscle. I have decided also that i dont want to ever go lower, than 95kg in weight.

I want to cut fat now until i go home, and then for another 3 weeks before my holiday, THEN, i am comming back to try some power lifting. I have a set weight for each of the 4 big lifts and ill keep a power lifting style training until i reach them

Questions.......

1) any one know a good style of training (sets, reps, freqwency) to get lifts up
2) shoudl i try to get the weight up on all four lifts together or do one at a time and 'maintain' the other three?
3) whats the best way to change my fat/muscle ratio when trying to stay within a 5 or 6 kg range?

any thing i missed? and suggestions welcomed.
cheers

1) any one know a good style of training (sets, reps, freqwency) to get lifts up

Thats all about progression and slowly adding extra weight to the bar each week, sets and reps would have to be on the low side if your looking for sheer strength/power and just hitting the basics 2-3 times each week.

2) shoudl i try to get the weight up on all four lifts together or do one at a time and 'maintain' the other three?

There is nothing to say you cannot do it on all the lifts together, what you have to do is specialise on 1 or 2 lifts each workout then maintain the following workout whilst adding weight to the other 2 lifts.......

3) whats the best way to change my fat/muscle ratio when trying to stay within a 5 or 6 kg range?

Eat clean and maybe look into some cardio 2-3 times aweek depending on how often your lifting.........
