Just get yourselves a normal deck of cards and use those......

So the different sets could mean a certain section of the body and the numbers represent the reps then to be even more evil :twisted: the face cards mean a finisher exercise thrown in to throw everything into a tiss :twisted:

As always :lol:

Get one of your trainees to do it on hindu squats and see if they can go through the whole pack...... :twisted:

Shuffle pack and just do reps as the cards come out...all face cards are 10 reps and aces 11.....
