Blood pressure

Postby samurai69 » Tue Apr 11, 2006 11:48 am

Anyone know what a High systolic with a normal or low dyastolic means......neither is in the high, but its significantly higher

Syst 130 to 136 over Diast 69 to 70 ....... RHR is 61 to 64 over 3 tests taken 1 to 2 mins apart

I know when the syst gets into the high level and dyst stays in normal

and i know normally that lifting weights raises BP, but i am not sure if it stays elevated (trained yesterday)
