Woops i did it again :!:

decided to go to the beach :cool:

for lunch and took shirt off (to expose rippling muscles to portuguese babes :lol:

)

only sat there for a couple of hours and then did 2.5 hours of stick fighting :twisted:

just got home and i am red as a beetroot :oops:

and the pain, cant lean back too hot, and i sprayed myself before going out :lol:

well after 2 gallons of after sun its all calmed down a bit,, luckily its a bit cloudy today, which will give me a chance to recover :grin:

its due to get sunny again tomorrow or sunday so can get back out there next week

not much work (if any) until next wednesday :cool:

You wouldnt beleive it, its been drizzle all day today :cry:

, and yesterday it was sunny and baking hot all day :cool:

, lets hope it starts improving. :lol:

.......last year, come 1st of may i wore shorts every day until end of september :cool:

, i was hoping i could have started earlier this year :mad:
