Arrived to day. Five in total with Allen screws & T nuts. Very well made.

Got slammed by the tax man & Royal Mail charges so they didn't end up as completely free :lol:

Lidl have a sale on which they do from time to time with branded stuff for peanuts.

Just got 2 pairs of compression running socks (long) for less than £7 :shock: and they're dead comfy :mrgreen:

I have no idea of the validity of the claims made but that has got to be one of the coolest sounding names for an energy type drink that Ive heard :grin:

TBH its not bad stuff. Tried it before when I started doing the early morning runs.
