how big is your samurai, I dont think Ive seen it.

the cost of my sleeve is giving me the fear tbh. Im ok for 8 hours but after that I dont think I'll be telling the missus. Not at £80 an hour Im certainly good to myself!

not huge, on shoulder, but all or most of the shading is line work rather than fill so took time

first session done then. Fuck me but its looking sweet already. I might get some pics done when the redness eases off. still got a looooong way to go mind you.
She worked on the upper arm today, done a koi which will be black and grey with blasts of colour from the cherry blossoms and flowers around it.
Ive got most of the koi done, the water outlined and shaded and the outlines of some of the flowers. The other bigger piece is going to be a hannya mask, dunno where that will be going. Im just leaving it up to the expert, she certainly knows what she's doing.

I just want to fast forward to get more done. Booked in for another 4 hour sesh next month.

probably march next year is more realistic maybe a little after. Looking cool just now though but I just want to get in and finish the inside of the upper arm (with a cool Hannya mask) at least then it will be a proper half sleeve.
Maybe be lower half of my arm will get done a lot faster......... damn these huge gunz and slabs of shoulders.... just too large an area to get done quickly
