Sleep Monitor

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with something like this.
Little pricey, but I might know someone that has one and will be willing to lend it to me just for xxxx and giggles.

I was looking into the sleeptracker pro watch which does the exact same thing. My only concern (other than price) was could I sleep with a watch on?

Having looked at that one with a headband I think I could have managed :lol:

I like something like that. couldnt justify the cost though but if either were a bit cheaper I get one.

I keep searching but they never seem to come down in price :sad:

I will try to see if I can borrow that one, if I ever run into the guy. That way we can see if it might possibly be worth the money, but I think this is one of those things you only bring out now and again in the long run. You definitely do not want to be sleeping with running electronics close by anyway as that disturbs sleep patterns too.

No, the guy kept forgetting it and I have not seen him in awhile. I know a friend of his and will inquire.

I managed to use a heart rate monitor last night for a few hours

how did your sleep feel

was this first off part of sleep

from what time to what time

how was sleep later after this
