well the stuff he calls music....is far from that, but i do like the idea of the rock and the "Rock"

at times i can find musc in the gym very offputting even people talking too loud, i like ti be able to concentrate on the lift, i somtimes put my headfones in just to block everyon else out :grin:

just got I Pod for gym, down loaded 1000 songs on shuffle
