im going home to watch it............big terry hollands bicep tear is on thursday and only a few weeks later he was back at the worlds..........great motivation

It appears your Bravo tv is just a tad different than that in the states.
Ours is half reality shows and the other half.....well pretty much snappy dresser programs . Thought maybe Strongman was heading the way of the rainbow for a second

crazy that this is the only world championships thats not shown until nearly 4 months after they competed, even today terry hollands cant say what position he came in even though its available on many sites

at least brave have it on over 5 or 6 days this year like it used to be, last year they showed it over 6 weeks......pathetic


as from the new yeAR BRAVO will no longer exist in the UK as it was taken over by SKY shame because it had a fewdecent programmes on it

Big Loz was very good, surprised how well he has come on, defibnately one to watchover the next 3 years, very strong legs and grips coming on too, just needs to nail a few exercises.....sorted

poundstone had some sort of virus or other earlier in the year as well as injuries but looked strong especially the circus dumbell press
