Are you looking for good female fronted bands?
Or is the second band related to Nightwish in some way.

Exploring my musical tastes.

And I do like the way a lot of the music is constructed going from quite orchestra orientated music to pure metal.

It was another band a mate told me to listen to.

Dave certainly has a bug up his ass, and an obsession with PEZ dispensers it seems.
While I did not deem it worthy of purchase, it was not that bad of an album.

pretty funny disclaimer though.

LOL! I dont get it! Who's 'Dave'? if its not Mustaine then I dont get the rant.

Some good stuff on St Anger, not my favorite album but there is some awesome 'Metallica stuff' on it. It is what it is, the drum sound (that I dont like) was intentional by one of the best metal drummers in world , no solos were interntional , Bob Rock produced it - and that guy fuckin knows how to make a good Metallica album, dropped c tuning. Lots of different stuff in it.
They get stick for everything, remember the outrage when they done S&M LOL!

Thats said if I heard the song St anger with a guitar solo and Lars' drums with the snares switched on. It would probably be my favorite metallica song ever.

did you not see the dvd that came with the CD? it was worth buying the album alone. Metallica just playing the album in their rehersal place. raw as fuck and pretty damn awesome.

Okay I will put up back on topic, is this more what your looking for Cookie?
It has this cat named Barlow singing lead, unfortunately I here he is leaving, but a great song none the less and very similar to the nightwish song. In fact I believe they opened for Nightwish at one time. Imagine hearing two "phantom of the opera" songs by two different bands on the same bill

Not bad that, starts off quite slow/weird.

I do not now what I think on this one. Sounded a lot like the first band.
While I didn’t not like it, I am not sure I loved it. It would probably be good for working out, but for writing or reading …..I think it would drive me insane. I would have to listen to it a few more times and see.
