Reruns on challenge tv...how some of these don`t kill themselves on the stepping stones is a miracle

One of the few programs I watch these days. Brilliant!
you're right, some of the falls on stepping stones are quite savage not to mention the 'high rollers', some of the head knocks on those make you cringe!
you'd NEVER get that show done in the UK.

I also like craig charles commentary, I dunno how he gets away with half the stuff he comes out with...... but Im glad he does

There must be a few go home with teeth missing & some serious head injuries

We NEED a show like that in the UK. Sod health & safety, just look at the American total wipe out compared to the UK version. The Yanks are all wrapped up in cotton wool with more padding than an American football player

He does a good job. Used to like him on robot wars.

There`s another called unbeatable Banzuki with Brian Blessed hosting, that`s quite good.

Is this better than Ninja Warrior? I assume it is along the same lines?

Ninja warriors is about brute strength & very serious.

Takeshi`s castle is about competitor humiliation Japanese style

Gotcha, I have been watching Ninja Warrior, I like the new course and it is brutal. They have been running it before the Parkour competitions in Seattle.

Started watching NW in the mornings. I have about 20 mins chill time after a run. Really like it. They had the women on a few days last week and they were really impressive.

I have no clue what I am watching either. It is the first year of the redesigned course.
