First to last Charlie Spedding

Postby SpageHopkins » Fri Mar 04, 2011 11:27 pm

I read an article about this book and his training and the way he realised that we beat ourselves up over training, when we set a schedule and hit it we always think we could have done a bit more. When in fact the training was perfect and if we do our personal best it is all we can hope for. If this is good enough to win so be it, if not also so be it, but be proud you have fulfilled your potential and not many people do that.
has anyone else read this or the book, being about running I dont know if I could get through the whole thing.
