Came across the site for the spartan health regime, but it can't be ordered anymore. Just wondering if it's worth a read and is it useful?

Everything is worth a read if its taken in the right context. The book does lay down the basics that whole natural foods are the way to go for a healthy life & longevity.

Long time since I read it.

Bova discontinued it supposedly because he was releasing something else but going by his recent revamps of his work I wouldn`t hold out much hope of it being any good.

I think I`m the only person on the website that has read the book

Leave it with me for a couple of days & I will have a chat with some guys I know who follow the regime for you.

i believe he's broken the original idea up into various sections,i got the latest abs program as i allready have the original book.it's slightly different and updated but all the information is there and i presume he'll carry on with the rest of the material he has in the same way.
