And just like abuses...........two packages turned up this morning within 20 minutes of each other. Original order via Royal Mail & replacement order with Yodel........Don't know what's up lately but every supplement I've ordered this past 2-3 weeks online has ended up being a right cock up. Either it doesn't show up at all, comes with wrong delivery company I paid to receive it with, takes twice as long as it should to arrive or I get two lots of the same order because the replacement gets here faster than the initial order. Sick of typing emails chasing stuff up or sorting out replacements & returns.

All this online ordering is great for a wider choice but the delivery systems are utter garbage.

Virgo Home Improvements.......

Had an issue ever since they fitted windows with a whistling noise when it was really windy outside. Got to the point now its every time there's any wind outside. Flew into a rage last night & ripped off some of the plastic covers that were fitted when the windows were installed & low & behold there's air coming in from outside like I always said there was when we had them out in the past. Because some nit wit of an engineer can't see a gaping whole outside there wasn't any thing wrong. The wind is getting in through the bottom corner & is somehow going up between the window frame & wall. From what I can work out the only way to fix it is either to rip out the whole frame & refit or bodge it up with expanding foam filler to try & get into all the nooks, cracks & crevices that are obviously there.

Oh I tell you I could strangle these idiots.

Avoid this company like the plague. Nothing short of diabolic workmanship & arrogance to the point I wont even speak to them because I just fly off on one. If I ever came into some money I'd have these windows ripped out & ceremoniously dumped in their company car park.
