hotel rooms

Why can't I sleep in hotel rooms when I am away I am knackered
Beds lovely room quiet and dark but I lie awake for hours
About 2 hours sleep

could just be that you need to wind down more from the stresses of the day

Lavender oil, chamomile tea, ZMA capsules, Valerian all help in getting to sleep.

Spage, I am the same way. I can drive all night be beat tired take whatever, knock one out, etc.. and bam 2hrs or nothing. For me it is just that I am out of my element and do not sleep in Hotels enough. Practice makes perfect my friend.

So might I recommend....A women of the night + cheap hotel room 3x week for a 26 week training block. Just tell the missus it is all part of your training :mrgreen:
