Ordered a new type of coffee & it arrived slightly damaged. Informed them & got a replacement in the same week.

calf is healing good from my last run so should be back on the road next week back to 3 mile runs and calf raises for a wile to build some strength up :sad:

Try doing some legged calf lowers with a rucksack for weight on your back.

Stand on steps etc and raise up with two feet but only lower on one. repeat for 20 reps then switch legs. Do 3 sets everyday. Once you get comfortable slowly add weight at a 3-5 lbs per week.

yeah started doing calf raises but just the standard way so ill give that a go got some compression socks as well but have yet to try them out
I think I need to ease up a bit on the running for a wile and let myself recover a bit

i use my running compression socks for most days lifting, or calf compression sleeves for truck pulls etc

using compression socks every time I run now

new gloves turned up yesterday tried them on last night and will start breaking them in tonight as cant even make a fist in them yet
