Not followed it much, so who are you tipping for this years top 3?

Big Z is going to be up there

Shaw on home ground and narrowly missed last years

Big Loz sharlae is going to be the long shot british outsider bar injury came close to and beaten both Big Z and shaw at different events this year and has 2 worl records (1 joint with shaw)


No order, all have a chance at the top

theres also been a few like rob frampton that have done exceptionally well in strongman this year

bar any injuries i fancy the top 3 as above

Its that thing again...injuries....the sport is riddled with them & it kills a lot of peoples chances. You have to wonder if they are missing something in their training which causes so many.

when you push to the levels these guyd injuries will happen, usually rearing their heads from previous sports or maybe with things like the bicep tears from steroid use strengthening muscles first6 and not so much tendons
